The Tourism Council of Bhutan (TCB) is an independent authority and highest decision-making body on all matters relating to tourism and its management in bhutan. The daily tariff per night for both the high season and the low season is set by the Royal Government of Bhutan. In addition there is a Government surcharge per night for the individual travelers and for group of two. for groups of three or more there is no Gevernment surcharge. 

Bhutan Adorable Tours and expidition doesnot charge charge a tour rate above or in addition to the Govt. rates.

High Season Tariff: March to May and September to November

Low Season Tariff: December to February and June to August.

Price Includes:

• Bhutan Govt. tariff
• The surcharge
• Accomodations
• Meals
• Overland transport within Bhutan
• Sightseeing
• A local Tour guide
• Airport transfers
• Pack animals and supplies on trek.

Price doesnot include:

• Visa fee of US$ 40
• Any kind of Tax
• Gifts/ souvenirs
• service outside of Bhutan
• Any health or travel insurances.

NOTE: The above tour cost does not cover the high cost luxury resorts like Uma in Paro, Taj Tashi in Thimphu or Zhiwaling in Paro. You will have to make an additional payment in full, if you wish to stay in one of the luxury resorts. Our rate covers tourist-standard accomodations approved by Government of Bhutan.

Payments:

We would like to request our guests to make your payments atleast 5-6 weeks in advance to allow us to secure Druk-Air tickets to and from Bhutan and arrange accomodations for your comfy stay. Your Visas are cleared by the Govt. only after the receipt of full payment. Without your valid visa, Druk Air will not issue tickets.

Cancellation: 

After confirming your tour program, if our guests should desire to cancel, we apply following norms:

1. On or before 30 days of start of the program ~ no charges
2. From 21 to 29 days from the start of the program ~ 10% of rate
3. From 14 to 20 days from the start of the program ~ 15% of the rate
4. From 7 to 13 days from the start of the program ~ 30% of the rate
5. Within less than 7 days or without notice ~ 50% of rate
6. After arrival in Bhutan ~ 100%
